I am a certified Project Portfolio Manager (IPMA Level A). I ​​have an MBA from Edinburgh Business School. I specialize in project and process management. Having been involved in project/project portfolio management for over 18 years, I help companies achieve their goals more effectively.

After all, project management is the toolkit that is best suited for this, especially when combined with process approaches. However, you need to understand which tools are best suited for a specific task and a specific company.

Sometimes SCRUM is better suited, sometimes KANBAN, sometimes Waterfall, and sometimes it is necessary to use a hybrid approach that combines tools from different approaches.

Sometimes you need to build a project office, and sometimes one project manager will be enough. Sometimes there is already a whole staff of trained project managers, and somewhere you still need to train employees.
