I wanted to once again highlight the basic principles behind coaching based on the model inspired by Milton Ericson.

The principle of everything is OK – everything is right with people: This principle is related to the fact that people can grow and change throughout their lives. Following the thought of Milton Erikson, it is significant that all our forward thoughts and actions at every moment of life become the starting point for the next stage of development. The skin stage is a point of vision, Rivne Bachennya, which helps us to know and test other life lessons in order to reach deeper mastery, integration and wholeness. The ability to recognize that everything is OK with us opens access to where we go beyond the limits and become aware of the new possibilities of choice.

People are already using all the internal resources they need: The mind that informs [analytical], and the “focus on” device. You can only perceive a small amount of information that the light conveys through the mind that is aware. Subject mind to change from a new building is good to grasp between the bounded range of mind that understands. We can assume that the subconscious mind is significantly wiser, the lower mind. What is the power of transformational conversation: it allows people to observe themselves and collect their resources for information, and make the greatest choice. In this way, people begin to calm down, trust, and convince themselves that they have already used all their internal resources for their success, and they stop demanding the pleasure and praise of others.

People will always make the best choice they can at the moment: This means that every person will always make the best choice that they can, basing themselves on the inner abilities that are suitable for it. Please note that if you evaluate people’s behavior as “bad decisions”, you confirm the basic expressions that you criticize. Until then, as long as you have a lopsided understanding of both “might buti” and “maye buti”, your life will be subject to a sense of discord, disappointment and storminess. One way to widely encourage people, including yourself, is to value them as to the whole and new features that stink.

Skin behavior carries a positive meaning: Sometimes it may seem that our lives do not serve our best interests and our best intentions. Instead of treating yourself in a way that is out of step with yourself, know that your actions and behavior are aimed at contentment rather than actual positive intentions! Positive behavior is often found within the boundaries of your informed understanding, in order to serve the most important needs of the moment. If you believe that a positive attitude accompanies skin behavior, it allows you to reach a new level of understanding. This creates the possibility of gaining awareness, which will lead to a negative change.

Change is inevitable: Transformation is inevitable in response to all internal and external changes. Your mind receives great encouragement by working together with your conscious mind to constantly change behavior, senses or reactions, automatic and unconscious. The importance and importance of transformational coaching is transferred to all elements of planning, visualization of results and relationships between intentions.

When these five Ericksonian principles are integrated into your mind and heart, they can transport you to your broader inner values ​​and self-organization. In addition, as you consider these principles as the main position, you become more effective in helping yourself and others.
