To be fair, the WBS is based on the results of the completed hierarchical decomposition of the work, as the project team can work to achieve the goals of the project and create the results of the project.

This tool is approved by the project manager simultaneously with the project management team at the planning stage.

The main goal is to structure and structure the entire project. In other words, WBS is responsible for eliminating all work planned in the project. First, let’s move on to the rules of the WBS, I want to focus on two aspects 1) the WBS does not include: a project implementation schedule;
