Hello everyone. Having thought for a long time whether to write me or not to write? Having decided to write, perhaps I will become obligingly brown. Contributions to the project There is my first evidence of the holding of webinars and those commendations that were approved.
I’ll describe the situation right away, then I’ll put it in order 🙂 It’s clear that the trend is in online coverage, having decided to conduct webinars, and then they called from Odessa and asked to interact with them, and to marvel one on one — conduct a webinar.
I, of course, waited a while. At the same time, the topic of the webinar was discussed (It was just the same webinar, the banners of which were hanging on my site, and at the time of publication these articles were still hanging).
And I started to get ready. Still ahead. The audience doesn’t care, there is practically no turnaround. Having marveled at the series of webinars, how people conduct webinars, everything became clearer :-).
I prepared the presentation, streamlined it, checked the timing, and checked the Maidan. The registration form has been posted on the website. Technically everything is amazing!!!
It’s the first day of the webinar – I’m sorry, it’s the first time after all. Not a lot of people showed up, the man was 19, but for the first time, it was a miracle for me. Participants in the webinar on nutrition were asked to confirm their points, then. any kind of interactive.
I am pleased that the webinar was completed, in my opinion, it’s not bad enough, having already experienced a couple of friends who joined in before the webinar.
The next day I called the organizers and it turned out that from their point of view, the webinar would be a failure. The participants are not entirely satisfied and further support has not yet been transmitted.
To say that I was embarrassed is to say nothing; I was embarrassed right from the start.
And then we sat, thought and began to figure out why it happened and everything fell into place 🙂 From the point of view number 1 and 2: Having little clear information from the Deputy (the company that proposed to hold the webinar) to the target audience ї consume. So, as they say in my project management: do not check the analysis of the affected sides;
Without specifying OBJECTIVES.
Rule number 3: Before the webinar (after preparing the webinar plan and its completion) without having washed the content of the presentation and webinar with the Deputy, as a result the content did not reach the Deputy of the majority of the audience that was received for movnik;
Complaint number 4: Relying on those that the Deputy, as well as myself, is based on the results of the webinar and our consultation is responsible for showing how to work and “coordination” during the preparation time. The pardon is practically the same as for the first person.

This axle resulted in one of the channels for my trainings/webinars being closed without being re-opened.
However, having realized all the things that are IMPORTANT in project management, I didn’t make any more concessions, but tried to learn the LESSONS that I had learned from this plant when completing this small project.
And regardless of those who are not completely satisfied with this project, for myself I know the positive sides of this situation: 1) I watched my first webinar and now I have a clearer picture oh the nuances of preparing and conducting such visits;
2). imaginative and durable, having promised, prepared and conducted a series of webinars on project management;
4) I believe that there is a need for a target audience that will be interested in what I talked about at the webinar and what I said in the future. They will definitely know me and listen to my webinars.
